It is less than a week left when the world would be celebrating New Year 2018. In fact, preparations are at peak throughout all the metropolitans like Dubai. Indeed, the event is great for the majority but for the citizens like me who are equally interested to enjoy but remain perplexed to move in the city as the fatigue of the inland traffic congestions especially on the New Year Eve (NYE) tends to be spoiling all the joy of the event.
Khaleej Times conveyed what Dubai RTA devised As usual, I started to surf for some unique ideas that could help me skip the traffic congestion nightmares but not to miss the mega activities that pop up in the year especially for the NYE which included the most talked, admired and the favorite of kids i.e. New Year Fireworks of Dubai. I just started browsing when came across the heading of the daily Khaleejtimes that said “Now, enjoy Dubai New Year’s Eve fireworks out at sea” grabbed all of my attention. Reading through the news brought to me what I was actually looking for, that is, the firework was there but not the traffic. Alternate Transport channels for Socials
This would have been a normal news for the regular readers but at least not for me. For me, it was a breaking news with one of the greatest ideas of celebrating New Year absolutely in a different way. Thanks to the Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) for planning the alternative transporting channels i.e. cruising in waters and setting special programs to take aboard the celebrators on the water bus, water taxi, Dubai ferry and Abra on New Year’s Eve that would be falling on Saturday, December 31. Perhaps, Luxury Charter providers like Cozmo Yachts would also be extending its support and coming up with special offers for the event.
Lots of fun & lots of selfies
In fact, spending the NYE at the picturesque beaches of the megapolis and viewing the marvelous Fireworks out at sea, from the Flybridge of Luxury Yacht would become the ever recalling event of life. You would be needing extra memory, a flexible selfie stick to grab all those wonderful moments on your phone, additional GBs of the internet and at least another three days to share all that on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp etc. to your circle.
