Where is the boarding point?
We are to welcome you at Marina Mall, cruising will begin from there. Please try to arrive 20-30 minutes before the boarding time and intimate the team.
Do you offer pick & drop?
No, please arrange to arrive on your own. If coming by car, arrive at Marina Mall, for Metro commuters: arrive at DMCC Metro Station while the Cab users shall get off at Marina Mall.
Do you have parking facilities?
Yes, there is a free parking facility (of 3 hours) at Marina Mall.
What is the size and facilities of the luxury yacht?
Usually, we cruise on an 88ft luxury yacht having a jacuzzi, sundeck, flybridge, and other amenities. However, based on our schedule & availability, we will have the same cruise on 55ft or any other yacht of similar size.
Is this a private yacht?
No, this will be a shared yacht experience with other guests joining you on board.
Will be assigned a space on that yacht?
No, spaces are not specified to guests on the shared yacht. All of the passengers are free to move around and enjoy at upper & lower decks, grab snaps, relax & enjoy the comfy couches or take a sunbath.
Do we have to follow any specific dress code?
Nothing specific, wear what you are comfortable with. Wearing a casual dress like Shorts, T-Shirts with Sleepers would be more relaxing. Rest depends on your mood. However, you may need to remove your footwear, to maintain the pristine of the yacht.
Will the cruise stop for taking pictures, enjoy swimming & water sports?
You will be allowed to take pictures while cruising and the stopovers are made around all the landmarks on the route. Further, the yacht will dock at JBR, in front of Dubai Eye, for 1 hour where you will enjoy swimming and water sports. Please discuss the charges with the staff for the water sports facilities you wish to avail.
Can we bring food, soft drinks, and alcohol along with us?
Food inclusive of veg, non-veg, salad, and non-alcoholic drinks are included in the package and will be served onboard, while alcohol is strictly prohibited.
Do you allow babies onboard?
Yes, minors under 2yrs are permitted but must remain within the Saloon or Cabin area accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 9 are required to wear life jackets throughout the charter.
What is your cancellation & refund policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Please note refunds can take up to 14 working days to process. However, the refund policy does not apply to late arrivals.
